Bart Kreps

Bart Kreps joined the firm in 2002 as a staff consultant.  Mr. Kreps had just completed his Masters in Business Administration in Finance and Environmental Management at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.  Prior to attending graduate school, Mr. Kreps was employed by Wachovia Securities and served as an analyst in the company’s fixed income trading division.  During his tenure at RFC, Mr. Kreps has participated in a variety of projects related to water and wastewater utility finance and pricing.  Specifically, Mr. Kreps has served as lead consultant on numerous water and wastewater rate studies, cost of service studies, bond feasibility studies, utility regionalization studies, and organizational management studies.  Mr. Kreps was promoted to the position of Senior Consultant in 2005.
