Jon Davis

Jon Davis joined RFC in 2000 and currently serves the firm as a project manager. Since joining RFC, Mr. Davis has assisted many water and wastewater utilities in addressing their rate setting and financial planning goals.  Mr. Davis has assisted dozens of governmental clients including the United States Navy in a project responsible for evaluating over 100 water and wastewater utility systems on naval bases across the country.  Mr. Davis has extensive experience in financial forecasting and modeling and has led projects to apply advanced risk analysis techniques to rate and financial planning studies for the water and wastewater industry.  Mr. Davis has also presented papers at the AWWA-WEF Joint Management Conference, the AWWA Customer Service Conference, and several state association conferences.
