Leta Hals

Leta Hals is RFC’s Director of Valuation Services and has been integral to growing the valuation practice within RFC.  In 2004, Ms. Hals obtained her certification as a Certified Business Appraiser (CBA) from the Institute of Business Appraisers (IBA), the premier society of business appraisers.  She has performed more than fifteen valuation assignments for water and wastewater utilities across the United States and provided expert witness testimony for the City of Pekin, Illinois before the Illinois Commerce Commission regarding valuation and public interest/feasibility.  Ms. Hals holds a BS in Biology from the College of William and Mary and an MBA from the University of Tennessee.
