Catherine Carter wins Kline Award

Senior Consultant and recent UNCC Master of Public Administration graduate Catherine Carter has won the Kline Award for her paper entitled “Access to Municipal Water Service: Do Community Demographics Matter.” The Kline Award is awarded annually by the Southeastern Conference on Public Administration (SECoPA) for the best paper by a Masters student. Catherine competed with other MPA students from all states in the southeastern United States and will be presenting her paper at the annual conference in Florida in October.
