Raftelis Financial Consultants, Inc. (Raftelis) team members have been appointed to new roles within the American Water Works Association (AWWA). Todd Cristiano will serve as the Chair of the Rates and Charges Committee, replacing Rick Giardina in this role. Mr. Giardina will be leaving this position to serve as a Trustee and Vice Chair of the Management and Leadership Division. Also, Seth Garrison is the new Chair of AWWA’s Strategic Management Practices Committee.
We are excited to continue our leadership role within AWWA, where we can help establish industry standards regarding rate setting and management practices.
