The 2006 RFC / AWWA Water and Wastewater Rate Survey is a biennial survey produced by Raftelis Financial Consultants since 1996 to aid water and wastewater utilities in its benchmarking efforts. The 2006 survey was done in cooperation with the American Water Works Association (AWWA) and includes the participation of nearly 400 utilities. Rates, as well as other operational and financial metrics, are organized by size and location for your convenience.
