Sally Van Etten
Ms. Van Etten is a proven leader and project manager with strong strategic planning, analysis, implementation, and communication skills. She has researched and written over 60 economic studies for use by local government clients. Her specific past expertise includes financial modeling and documentation of development impact fees, municipal fiscal analysis, economic studies done in conjunction with environmental impact reports, and other analyses pertaining to infrastructure funding.
