For 16 years, North America’s Water and Wastewater Rate Survey has combined the resources and expertise of the American Water Works Association and Raftelis to provide the water industry the most comprehensive and up-to-date water and wastewater utility rate and financial data and analyses available.
We invite your utility to participate in this project, which provides important information for numerous utilities and other industry stakeholders in benchmarking utility rates, rate methodologies, rate trends, and other financial and rate-related data.
To facilitate the timely collection and processing of results, we are asking all utilities to please submit their data by August 25th. As a thank you for your contribution, all survey participants will receive a summary of the key results.
