Heather Gantz joined our executive search practice from her home base in Portland, OR, and has over 20 years of leadership experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, and executive search, with the last 13 years focused on local governments.
Theresa Jurotich, PE, PMP, joined Raftelis this year in Seattle to bolster our thriving financial consulting practice on the west coast. She has 23 years of experience working with water, wastewater, and energy utilities to find viable solutions and help them make informed decisions. Her expertise lies in performing cost of service and financial planning studies and leading feasibility and economic analyses.
Rebekka Hosken joined our southern California offices last year. She has 27 years of experience serving local governments including working directly within the public sector. As an experienced consultant, she has led organizational assessments for a broad range of operating departments and offices in cities, counties, universities, and special districts, including community development, public works, police, administration, and city attorney departments.
