The most important asset of any organization is its employees, and the COVID-19 pandemic has contributed to unprecedented levels of retirements and turnover in the workforce. Effective succession planning is key to ensuring continuity of operations and organizational excellence.
Through a blend of direct instruction and hands-on exercises, this program will equip managers with the skills and tools needed to assess their organization and team’s succession planning needs, identify key positions on their teams, and develop candidate profiles and training plans to support those key positions.
Participants will receive a pre-work packet and document checklist to prepare them to work through succession planning exercises and examples from their own organizations and teams during the program.
