COVID-19 Delinquency Questionnaire

   
 

With input from the Association of Metropolitan Water Agencies (AMWA) and National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA), Raftelis has developed a brief questionnaire that will help us understand the changes and impacts utilities around your region and the country are seeing related to delinquent customer accounts—what’s happening in your region, how you can forecast for future revenue, and how to get customers to pay.

Your utility information is needed

Our questionnaire is open now and closes on September 14, and data will be aggregated to protect confidentiality. It may be helpful to know what we’re asking before you open the questionnaire so you can gather your responses in advance. You can find a list of questions here.

The results will build on our work earlier this year to capture the revenue impacts utilities are experiencing so AMWA and NACWA can advocate for assistance for our sector and for your customers. Once we get your information, we’ll develop a report and provide you with a regional assessment of what’s happening where you are so that you can prepare for what’s next.
