Ford began his career with Raftelis in 2017 and currently serves as a Senior Consultant in the Charlotte, NC office. His expertise lay in financial planning and rate setting for water and wastewater providers, and affordability studies. Since joining Raftelis, Ford has performed numerous rate, financial planning, bond feasibility, affordability, solid waste, and impact fee studies. He has also assisted with updating by the American Water Works Association and Association of Metropolitan Water Agencies’ rate surveys over the last several years.
