Katelyn is a civil engineer with diverse experience in the public and private sectors. Before joining Raftelis, Katelyn was involved with a variety of water and wastewater projects for municipalities and utilities – including alternative analysis for wet weather programs and rate restructuring. She has extensive experience utilizing GIS for analysis, planning, and visual communication. In addition to her analytical and technical skills, working for a local government has provided Katelyn with an understanding of how to engage elected officials, stakeholders, and the public on complex issues related to projects and rates.
