Lisa has more than 17 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. She is responsible for providing leadership and oversight for all human resources functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits, and learning and development.
Lisa earned a Master’s in Human Resources from Western Carolina University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She earned her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation from Human Resources Certification Institute in 2021 and her Human Resources Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation from the Society of Human Resources Management in 2021.
