About Mike

Mike has 30 years of experience in the wastewater and stormwater industry from both an information technology and finance perspective. Most recently he served as the Manager of Billing Services & Systems at the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District in Cleveland, Ohio. In this role Mike was responsible for managing all wastewater and stormwater billing functions and staff for the District’s internal billing needs, as well as overseeing of all billing activity performed by their billing agents for its 330,000-customer base. Mike also has held key positions in several information technology roles in his career at the District in the areas of business process analysis, database administration, GIS system administration, and programming.
