Raftelis is pleased to announce the hiring of Rich McGillis as a Manager in our Cincinnati Office. Previously the Senior Director of Operations at Sanitation District No.1 of Northern Kentucky, Rich has 17 years of progressive leadership experience with the proven ability to transform public operations into highly efficient businesses through the use of creative and effective best practices.
Rich will soon begin a staff augmentation contract with Montgomery County Environmental Services (OH) as their Capital Program Support Engineer. We are excited about the opportunity for Rich to lend his expertise and share best practices to improve the operations of this leading utility organization. He will also be available to help in a limited capacity and to serve as a sounding board on projects for other Raftelis clients. His experience at SD1 and with Montgomery County will also be valuable in the future as other utilities across the country.
