Raftelis delivered a cybersecurity capability maturity assessment report that included visualizations of current and future state desired scores across each of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework v2.0 (NIST CSF) categories, observed strengths and positive trends, and prioritized recommendations.
As a part of this report, Raftelis developed a strategic set of initiatives that the Town can undertake to improve its existing cybersecurity posture. These were specifically prioritized against already in-flight initiatives and considered the available resources and budget available for the Town to ensure a practical and right-sized approach which was both achievable and actionable.
