Giving back to our communities

We’re purpose-driven; that’s why it is essential for us to create opportunities to live out our values. Philanthropy has been a part of our culture from the start—it’s another way we can help communities thrive.

The Raftelis Charitable Gift Fund

As trusted advisors to utilities and local governments, our responsibility extends beyond the boardroom. We work to build sustainable, inclusive communities by supporting organizations that improve access to clean water, support conservation, and make basic needs more affordable.

We prioritize support for underrepresented communities and invest in the next generation of public sector leaders through the Raftelis Leadership Scholarships.

This work is powered by the Raftelis Charitable Gift Fund. Since 2018, this employee-led initiative has channeled over $1 million in company profits and employee donations toward causes that align with our values. Whether through financial grants or local volunteer efforts, we are committed to operating in a socially responsible and deeply impactful manner.
