Chip Harris II

Chip has more than 29 years of municipal government experience with the City of Charlotte, NC, in both financial management and systems management in support of water, sewer, and storm water operations. His focus is on leveraging his municipal utility experience and eight years of consulting experience to identify business improvement opportunities for Raftelis clients, implement effective business process solutions supported by the right technology and organizational change management (OCM). After retiring from the City of Charlotte in 2015, Chip has been engaged in consulting projects, including CIS, MWFM, AMI, CMMS, ERP, and Solid Waste Management implementation efforts.
