Jeffrey has over 32 years of experience in the wastewater and stormwater utility industry with a focus on facilities planning, infrastructure assessment and evaluation, information management services, stormwater program implementation, and process improvement activities. Prior to joining Raftelis, he served as the Manager of Innovation Programs (2 years) where he led the energy data management system (EnergyCAP) upgrade and as Engineering Technical/GIS Services Manager (17 years) at the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District in Cleveland, OH. In the GIS leadership role, Jeff was responsible for implementing and managing the District’s Enterprise GIS, Customer Information Tracking Log and Stormwater Asset Inventory and Billing System (330,000 customers). Jeff has also led several projects in the areas of collection system infrastructure assessment, regional drainage system evaluations and information management systems.
