In her 10 years with Raftelis, she has consulted with numerous local governments on projects related to stormwater program development and review, and stormwater utility feasibility, development, and implementation studies. Katie possesses a strong finance background with diverse and complementary knowledge and skills in data management and analysis. She has worked extensively with geospatial data and with relational databases in association with utility projects. With previous consulting experience in economic development, Katie has also worked on affordability projects throughout her career. She has served as an affordability consultant on numerous projects and frequently acts as a trusted advisor to clients on federal funding sources and opportunities. Katie has published articles and thought pieces on federal funding and affordability and serves as a leader on Raftelis’ Affordability Community of Practice (COP).
