Lindsey has been developing software since 2008. Her experience includes desktop and web application development with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C# and relational database development and design with MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and Oracle. She specializes in the development of software and applications to assist utilities and municipalities with the management and visualization of their data and automated interfaces to communicate information between systems.
