Will Kerr, CPA

Will joined Raftelis in 2012 and currently serves as a project manager in the Charlotte, NC office. His expertise lies in utility financial planning, cost-of-service and rate design, and governmental accounting. He has served water, wastewater, stormwater, and energy utilities on a variety of studies, including: financial planning, cost-of-service, rates and fees, bond feasibility, affordability, rate/tariff filings, and benchmarking studies. From 2016 to 2018, Will lived and worked in Greater Boston, MA, supporting Raftelis’ New England practice. Will has served on more than 200 unique projects for over 120 different clients along the East Coast. In addition to project-related work, Will also served on the Board of Trustees of the Raftelis Charitable Gift Fund and is active in various state and regional industry associations. Will holds a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management from Clemson University and is a licensed CPA in North Carolina.
