Chad joined Raftelis in August of 2023. Chad has over 24 years of experience working with local governments, utilities, non-profits, and Higher Education clients. He spent the majority of his career working as a municipal advisor, investment banker, and local government official and has executed over $5 billion in financings. During this time, he has assisted clients in evaluating their long-term financial needs and the impact that current decisions have on their long-term financial health. Through his work and education, he has developed a broad knowledge of long-term financial planning for his clients, including building unique models for his clients to help facilitate the decision-making process. As a Consultant with Raftelis, Chad is responsible for delivering client services across a range of activities, including long-term financial planning, feasibility studies, and other studies. Chad earned a Master of Public Administration from the University of Southern California. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Planning, Public Policy and Management.
