Andre is the Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations at United Rentals, Inc., the world’s largest rental equipment provider.
Prior to United Rentals, Andre served as the Vice President of Finance for Operations & Quality at Collins Aerospace. In that role, Andre led Finance for Central Operations, including locations in the United States, Puerto Rico, Singapore, India, Indonesia, and Poland. Andre also previously served as Executive Assistant to the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of United Technologies Corporation (UTC).
Andre is the executive sponsor for Collins Aerospace Charlotte-based African American Forum. The African American Forum is comprised of professionals dedicated to the innovation and diversity initiatives at Collins. Andre is also on the National Board of Directors of INROADS, Inc.
Prior to joining UTC. Andre was the Vice President of Finance for Academic Affairs & Research Financial Controls for Howard University. Prior to his time at Howard University, Andre spent 15 years with Pratt & Whitney.
Andre received a Bachelor of Accounting degree from Howard University and an MBA from Purdue University and the TiasNimbas Business School.
Andre lives in Charlotte with his wife and two children, boy/girl twins.
