About Joselyn

Joselyn’s expertise lies in GIS analysis, data management and software implementation. During her education she focused on stormwater control measures, soil science, and common restoration practices. Since then, she has worked on several project with Raftelis dealing with impervious area analysis, affordability, rate base development, and software testing and implementation.
