Laura Bowles is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Movement Mortgage. Previously, she was CFO of General Bank Products and Distribution for Wachovia. She also has experience at other companies including Bank of America, Citi, Liz Claiborne, JP Morgan, and Merrill Lynch.
Andre Powell is transitioning to a new position as Director of Finance for United Rentals after serving as Vice President of Finance for Operations and Quality for Collins Aerospace. Before that, he was the Executive Assistant to the Chairman and CEO of United Technologies Corporation. He is currently a member of the national Board of Directors of INROADS.
John Mastracchio joined Raftelis in 2017 as a Vice President and has 25 years of experience as a financial and management consultant serving the utility, governmental, and private sectors. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, is a Series 50 Municipal Advisor Representative, and is also a licensed professional engineer. Mastracchio is the chairperson of American Water Works Association’s Finance, Accounting, and Management Controls Committee.
