Christine has more than 18 years of experience as a finance professional. As Chief Financial Officer of Raftelis, she oversees the firm’s accounting and financial reporting and works broadly across the organization to optimize business practices and drive financial strategy. She joined Raftelis in 2022 after spending five years as CFO of a regional public wastewater utility in the City of Alexandria, Virginia. Prior to that, she was a public finance investment banker, spending 4 years at Bank of America and 10 years at Wells Fargo Securities, underwriting debt transactions for local government clients across the Southeast.
Christine earned her B.A. from Duke University and has completed graduate coursework in the University of Colorado Boulder’s Water Engineering & Management Program and University of North Carolina’s Water and Wastewater Leadership Program. She is the former Treasurer of Virginia Women in Public Finance and a Board member of the Virginia College Building Authority. Christine is also a member of the Government Finance Officers Association and a graduate of the International City Manager’s Associations’ High Performance Leadership Program.
