Jeffrey has over 30 years of experience in the wastewater and stormwater utility industry with a focus in facilities planning. infrastructure assessment and evaluation, information management services, stormwater program implementation and process improvement activities. Prior to joining Raftelis, he served as the Manager of Innovation Programs (2+ years) and Engineering Technical/GIS Services Manager (17 years) at the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District (District) in Cleveland, OH. In this role, Jeff was responsible for managing implementing and managing the District’s Enterprise GIS, Customer Information Tracking Log and Stormwater Asset Inventory and Billing System (330,000 customers). Jeff has also led several projects in the areas of collection system infrastructure assessment, regional drainage system evaluations and information management systems/support services.
