About Kathryn

Kathryn has over 20 years of experience in Municipal and Utility operations. She managed all aspects of a water and wastewater utility including billing and customer service. In this role she oversaw multiple CIS implementations and assisted other utilities faced with billing and customer service challenges as a subject matter expert. More recently, she was a CIS implementation Project Manager for a software company. As a result, she understands CIS implementation from the client and the vendor perspective, giving her greater insight into challenges, risks, and process. Her expertise in the utility business and her technical knowledge allowed her to bridge the gap between technical experts, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
