Laurie has over 20 years of experience in Municipal and Utility Customer Operations. Her Customer Operations experience includes management of customer service, meter reading, utility billing, meter inventory, collections, public education outreach, bill print and mailing services. As Systems Administrator / Project Manager she oversaw upgrades and implementations related to IVR, online banking services, payment processing, meter reading software and Utility CIS. Her experience as a CIS implementation Project Manager has resulted in a comprehensive understanding of CIS implementation methodology from the client and the vendor perspective, giving her greater insight into challenges, risks, and processes.
