Sarah has 20 years of diverse experience in local government, higher education, consulting, and technology sales, which gives her a unique perspective in her work with local governments and utilities. She is skilled at bringing a broad range of stakeholders together, aligning vision and goals, and working backward from the desired result. She’s an active listener, open and empathetic communicator, and is passionate about helping clients improve the communities they serve.

Sarah contributed to dozens of successful local government and nonprofit executive searches nationwide in her role with a prior firm. She has an extensive professional network spanning the public and private sectors, particularly in highly specialized fields such as information technology. She has deep expertise in public procurement, financial management, and technology and understands the skill sets needed to lead teams successfully in these areas.

Sarah has spoken on government technology and procurement trends at regional and national professional association events, including the International City/County Management Association, the National Association of Counties, and the Institute for Public Procurement (NIGP). She’s also an active volunteer in youth sports organizations in her Garden Grove, California community, and the Orange County Rescue Mission.
