Raftelis is pleased to announce the addition of Seth Garrison to its nationally recognized utility management practice. Mr. Garrison has more than 20 years of experience leading, consulting with, and regulating utilities of all sizes, both public and private, in the U.S. and around the globe.
As a former General Manager of a regional utility and as a current board member of two water and wastewater utilities, Mr. Garrison brings significant hands-on utility management experience. He has applied this experience to advising and providing practical and effective solutions to some of the largest and best-known utilities in the U.S., the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), and several foreign governments on asset and utility management, staffing, operations and maintenance practices, and organizational strategy.
Mr. Garrison has extensive knowledge of advanced operations and maintenance practices (RCM, Predictive Maintenance, CMMS, etc.), utility management techniques (Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, conflict resolution, negotiation strategy, etc.), and change management frameworks. These skill areas, along with the comprehensive skills of Raftelis’ other experts, can help utilities develop more effective strategies and practices to improve performance.
