Raftelis’ John Mastracchio was a panelist at the P3 Water Summit on April 4th in San Diego, CA. The Summit focuses on public-private partnership education, financing, system management, operations, and networking for the water utility sector.
The panel discussion was entitled “Sustainability and Implications for Utility Management and Financing”. The session explored characteristics of a sustainable utility in an ever-changing global environment, focusing on various perspectives including rate setting management, debt financing and financial policy, consumer transparency, and investor interests.
