Raftelis assisted the City of Pasadena’s Water Delivery Division (City) in conducting a needs assessment for the design, procurement, and implementation support for a new maintenance and asset management solution. Several months in, the City’s Power Delivery Division joined the project. Their joint goal is to select and implement a new work and asset management solution to consolidate multiple custom databases and legacy software into a modern platform so they can expand their asset management program.
Based upon the current state assessment results, we helped the City create and prioritize their asset management business and technical requirements into an RFP for their new work and asset management solution and the solution implementer.
