This strategic planning project started with an assessment of internal and external stakeholder needs developed through a series of interviews, employee focus groups, and an online employee survey.
The project then proceeded with a two-day senior management workshop during which the senior team evaluated the operating environment and set the organization’s overall strategic direction. The next phase of the project involved the creation of six goal teams of employees at various levels in the organizations that articulated keys measures and develop the strategies and resource allocations necessary for improved performance.
Client personnel then developed implementation plans presenting the tasks necessary for implementation, and the individuals, due dates and resources required. Further, a monitoring program was implemented to assure effective implementation of the strategic plan.
