Raftelis assisted the City of Charleston (the City) with a city-wide organizational assessment and process improvement evaluation of City departments. Since then, Raftelis has assisted the City of Charleston with evaluating and recommending proposed improvements for the City’s Capital Projects Division, Technical Review Committee (TRC), and a proposed standalone Stormwater Management department.
The evaluation and support provided by Raftelis has largely focused on organizational assessment and improvement, best practices evaluation, benchmarking, and development of future state recommendations to ensure effective and efficient progress towards organizational objectives and excellence in customer service. The Raftelis team has led staff interviews and process improvement exercises, reviewed and recalculated TRC submittal fees, and developed clear, actionable, and implementable recommendations for the City of Charleston.
