The technology environment in your organization must support operations and staff.

We work with you to develop a technical grasp of the organization’s systems architecture, network infrastructure, software deployment, equipment and software replacement lifecycles, and long-range technology planning. But that technical understanding must be coupled with the user’s experience. Therefore, we also gain an understanding of how your IT Department directly supports your organization’s departments and end users, particularly regarding network troubleshooting, providing employees with technology training opportunities, and collaborating with customers to procure technologies and/or develop custom solutions.

Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority

Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority (PWSA) has engaged Raftelis for multiple projects since 2016. Raftelis has been PWSA’s primary rate and financial consultant since 2016. During that first year’s engagement, Raftelis developed a brand new comprehensive long-term financial plan and supporting model. PWSA engaged Raftelis to serve as Interim Finance Director for six months during a transition period for the Authority. Raftelis is now assisting PWSA to implement elements of the Compliance and Organizational Plan. Another recent activity is the development and implementation of a stormwater utility and fee.

City of Austin

Raftelis has assisted the City of Austin and Austin Water with continuous improvement initiatives and a wide range of financial services.

North Texas Municipal Water District

North Texas Municipal Water District asked Raftelis to conduct an organizational assessment to evaluate its operating practices and staffing levels.
