To do so effectively, your parks and recreation operations and processes must be staffed and structured to deliver. This includes an assessment of your parks and recreation master planning processes, staffing and operations of your maintenance functions, programming and evaluation of recreation opportunities, use of facilities, cost recovery strategies, and other elements critical to your services.
The City of Boulder (City) has engaged Raftelis for a variety of services since 2010, including a structural review of the City’s downtown development districts, economic vitality functions, and parking operations. Raftelis was retained by the City of Boulder to evaluate and complete a comprehensive water, wastewater, and stormwater rate assessment and to develop rate alternatives for each utility.
Since 2001, Raftelis has assisted the County in a multitude of utility and other rate and financial services.
Washington County contracted with Raftelis to perform a staffing and organization structure review of the County Administrative Office.
